CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEE STRUCTURE FOR DELEGATES

Delegates will able to register according to the following categories:

*Residential Package (Single or Double Occupancy) Includes:
  1. Congress Registration
  2. Accommodation for 2 Nights / 3 Days stay provided in Congress Venue Hotel (The Park, Somajiguda)

Check In: July 12th, 2019 & Check Out: July 14th, 2019

  1. Complimentary Breakfast on July 13th & 14th, 2019
  2. Rooms will be allotted on fist come first serve basis
  3. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out will be charged on actual basis
  4. Additional stay will be charged on actual basis



INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES

Post Graduate (PG) Students

  1. PG students should submit a bonafide letter / certificate from their Head of the Department/Unit
  2. PG students can book the hotel rooms through the congress secretariat
 

Accompanying Guests

Accompany guest registration includes admission to all congress sessions, Tea/Coffee-breaks, Lunches and Banquet Dinner.  


TERMS & CONDITIONS

 
  1. Registration is mandatory for all those attending the congress
  2. Registration Includes:
    • Admission to all scientific sessions
    • Access to Congress Materials
    • Lunches, Tea/Coffee and Banquet Dinner as indicated in the program
  3. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees
  4. Registration fee is not transferable to any other attendee or meeting
  5. Please send the duly filled registration form along with Cheque/DD by Registered Post / Courier to Congress Secretariat address

5. For Onsite Spot Registrations, payment can be made by CASH / CREDIT / DEBIT Card Only




CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be emailed prior to the deadlines below to info@spineendoscopy.org
  • Cancellations received on or before Friday, May 31, 2019: 75% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations received between June 1st to June 30th, 2019: 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made on or after Monday, July 1st, 2019: no refund will be made.
  • The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the congress.
